Since 2012, Hiperderecho is the first and only digital rights non-profit in Peru. Hiperderecho’smission is to defend Peruvians’ rights to take full advantage of tech for their personal, economic and civic endeavours. Our work focuses in four interdependent areas:community education, critical research, policy advocacy, and technology development. Wefocus on issues like freedom of speech, privacy, innovation, and government transparency.
